PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new active energy ray-polymerizable resin composition that is excellent in adhesive force or the like and can be suitably used for optical purposes, and to provide a laminate excellent in punching processability and moisture-heat durability compared to the prior arts, and in particular, a laminate for an optical element.SOLUTION: An active energy ray-polymerizable composition is provided, which essentially comprises: a compound (A) containing anα,β-ethylenically unsaturated double bond group and/or a cationic polymerizable compound (B); and a metal chelate compound (C).
