<p>The present invention relates to a food waste disposal device using microorganisms, comprising: a chamber formed as an empty box, having, at an upper part, an inflow part coupled to the lower end of the drainage hole of a sink to introduce food waste, including a microorganism chip on top of a stirring net having multiple holes formed therein, decomposing the food waste by stirring the introduced food waste together with microorganisms melted from the microorganism chip via the rotation of stirring blades, and having, at a lower part, a discharge part connected to a drainpipe to discharge sewage and solids, which are the decomposition product of the food waste; a heating member arranged inside or outside the chamber to heat the chamber; and a control part for allowing temperature inside the chamber to enter a first temperature range, which is a preset temperature range for the active propagation of microorganisms, by operating the heating member if preset time arrives or a user selects a cultivation mode, and maintaining the first temperature range by monitoring the temperature inside the chamber in real time using a temperature sensor installed inside the chamber. The food waste disposal device heats the inside of a chamber in a cultivation mode. According to the present invention, provided can be a food waste disposal device which heats the inside of the chamber in a cultivation mode for actively cultivating microorganisms as the inside of the chamber is heated if the cultivation mode is selected.</p> |
