The present invention relates to an asset management system having a convergence-type profit structure linked to real estate and movable assets. More particularly, the invention relates to an asset management system having a convergence-type profit structure linked to real estate and movable assets which can prevent an unsold real estate, address a problem of an unsold real estate by applying this invention even to an unsold real estate, and substantially increase a value of an already sold real estate as goods as well as enable an owner of a previously sold real estate or a lessee thereof to gain a profit, and allow an asset value of real estate to increase continuously through a circular profit structure.
