PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate with high accuracy, a secondary cooling condition within a control period necessary for an effective control without requiring much labor and cost.SOLUTION: A secondary control optimization device 22 generates different secondary cooling conditions of at least two or more patterns on the basis of a result of an initial secondary cooling calculation, uses the generated secondary cooling conditions of at least two or more patterns to rerun the secondary cooling calculation in parallel simultaneously, and on the basis of the result of the rerun secondary cooling calculation, the secondary control optimization device 22 selects the pattern of a secondary cooling condition which satisfies constraint condition related to manipulated variables of the secondary cooling processing and best satisfies a constraint condition related to a coagulation state and a surface temperature of cast metal. |
