PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing noodles from adhering to each other and from separating water in storage, and a method for effectively preventing the shape collapse in product distribution.SOLUTION: A packaging method of quickly boiled noodles includes: a noodle-making step of manufacturing raw noodles by kneading raw materials, rolling the mixture, and making noodles having a prescribed thickness; a boiling step of boiling the raw noodles such that a pregelatinized protective membrane is formed on the surface; a soaking step of soaking the boiled noodles in water such that the water content in the noodle lines is increased; a dewatering step of dewatering the noodles soaked in the soaking step; and a packaging step of immersing the dewatered noodles in a supporter in a gelatinous form, a gelatinized sol form, or a liquid form, so as to be supported. |
