PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an advertising effect of advertisement contents.SOLUTION: A distribution device according to the present application includes a distribution unit that distributes, to a terminal device, control information and a plurality of second contents to be displayed in a display area included in a first content. The control information causes the terminal device to execute: a display procedure to display the second contents overlapped in the display area together with the first content; a detection procedure to detect the physical state of the terminal device; and a changing procedure to change the display mode of the plurality of second contents displayed in the display area according to a result of the detection in the detection procedure.
