PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of achieving superior light extraction rate, by solving the problem of light absorption by the conductive particles in a fillet, formed in a light-emitting device manufactured by ACP connection technique or ESC method.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device includes a support having a substrate provided with a pair of electrodes on the upper surface and a reflection member provided on the substrate, a light-emitting element flip-chip mounted on the pair of electrodes, and an anisotropic conductive member provided between the electrode and the light-emitting element, in contact with the light-emitting element, and covering at least a part of the electrode. The reflection member has an optical reflectance higher than that of the anisotropic conductive member, and surrounding the light-emitting element while spacing apart therefrom, and the average height of the anisotropic conductive member, existing between the reflection member and the light-emitting element is equal to or shorter than the height of the reflection member. |
