PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control member capable of executing a plurality of light distribution controls and being easily fitted to a lighting device.SOLUTION: A control member comprises: an upper surface section 311 covering at least part of a body case upper surface 112 opposed to an irradiation cover 140 of a lighting device 1 having the irradiation cover 140 provided on one surface thereof; a first perpendicular section 312 formed from a side edge of the upper surface section 311 in an irradiation direction of the irradiation section; and a claw section 313 formed on a side edge different from that from which the first perpendicular section 312 is formed and engaged with the lighting device. With this configuration, it is possible to provide the control member capable of executing a plurality of light distribution controls and being easily fitted to the lighting device 1.
