<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method which can prevent a wall part of an insulator from being inclined to a radially inner side when molding a resin casing, and to provide a motor structure.SOLUTION: In a motor, an insulator 212A includes a wall part 52A in a radially inner side of a coil 213A. An end in a radially inner side of a teeth 42A protrudes towards the radially inner side than a radially inner surface of the wall part 52A. When molding a resin casing 23A for covering a stator 21A, the stator 21A is set in a molding tool first. The molding tool includes a tubular surface 91A which comes in contact with an end face in a radially inner side of the teeth 42A; and a wall support face positioned at a radially outer side than the tubular surface 91A. When the fluidized resin is injected in the molding tool, the wall part 52A of the insulator 212A inclines to the radially inner side due to the stress of the resin. However, the inclination of the wall part 52A towards the radially inner side is restrained with the wall part 52A contacting with the wall support face.</p> |
