<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker that can continuously execute plural different heating steps.SOLUTION: A heating cooker has a heating coil (31) for heating a heating target, an input operation unit (3) for inputting a heating condition for heat-cooking the heating target, a heating condition setting unit (26) for temporarily storing and setting the heating condition in a work memory, and a heat-cooking executing unit (23) for actuating the heating coil (31) on the basis of the set heating condition to heat-cook the heating target. The heating condition setting unit (26) can set a step heating condition having plural heating steps each of which has fire power or heating temperature and a heating time as the heating condition. When the heat-cooking execution unit (23) actuates the heating coil (31) on the basis of any heating step, the heating condition setting unit (26) is allowed to accept an input of changing the heating condition from the input operation unit (3), and change the storage content of the work memory.</p> |
