PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cesium adsorption apparatus and a cesium adsorption method capable of adsorbing and dispose of most of radioactive cesium dissolved in the water and reducing the exposure risk of installation workers.SOLUTION: A cesium adsorption apparatus comprises: an adsorption unit 5 including a filter adsorbing cesium dissolved in the water; and a floating member 6, a plurality of the adsorption units 5 being coupled to the floating member 6. The adsorption units 5 each preferably have the filters stacked and contained in a net container 4.
