<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer welding device and a multilayer welding method capable of efficiently joining pipe bodies to each other while suppressing deviation between center axes of large scale pipe bodies.SOLUTION: A multilayer welding device 1 includes: a one side welding part 30 which welds a bevel 2a of an upper side pipe body 2 and a bevel 3a of a lower side pipe body 3 which are butted to each other; a center shaft measuring part 20 for measuring information regarding center shafts 2b, 3b of two pipe bodies; and a control part 40 which controls the one side welding part 30 based on a measurement result of the center shaft measuring part 20. The control part divides a one side welding path at regular intervals in the circumferential direction into a plurality of welding intervals p11 to 18 and, on the basis of information regarding the center axes of two pipe bodies, performs welding onto one side welding part while transferring selectively from such a welding interval p11 that a center axis of the upper side pipe body is deviated to the most extent to the other side with respect to the center shaft of the lower side pipe body to the other welding interval in the order.</p> |
