<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greensand molding type facility metal flask eliminating the whole interchange of a metal flask and the additional work of a transfer level of a transfer roller, even in the case where a metal flask transportation roller running face is worn.SOLUTION: A transporting roller running face 2, which is formed vertically of the two metal flask transfer ends, of a greensand type facility metal flask composed of an upper frame 1a and a lower frame 1b, is made to have a replaceable liner applied structure, so that only a liner 4 can be replaced when the wear occurs. The liner 4 is preferably attached to the transporting roller running face 2 by a bolt 6 having a pitch different from the pitch of a roller 3 of the metal flask transportation facility.</p> |
