<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently treat VOC-containing effluent in a cement manufacturing facility.SOLUTION: VOC is separated from the VOC-containing effluent W1 by stripping treatment or oxidation treatment. The separated VOC is burned in a cement firing device 6. The low-concentration VOC-containing effluent L4 obtained after the VOC is separated is treated in the cement manufacturing facility 5. As the stripping treatment, at least one of treatments is executed, which air is blown into the VOC-containing effluent, an adsorbing material is thrown in the VOC-containing effluent, the VOC-containing effluent is agitated and the VOC-containing effluent is warmed. Bubble layers, which are formed when the stripping treatment is executed, are defoamed. As the oxidation treatment, ozone-containing gas O can be blown into the VOC-containing effluent. It does not matter if the separated VOC is burned directly in the cement firing device or the adsorbing materials A1-A3, on each of which the separated VOC is adsorbed, or a liquid, which is obtained by cooling/concentrating the separated VOC, is burned in the cement firing device.</p> |
