PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle drive mechanism equipped with an engine and a double rotor type motor, in which, when a vehicle travels with a power of the engine, a high power transmission efficiency is available even during a high speed travel and a low speed travel as well as a middle speed travel.SOLUTION: A vehicle drive mechanism 100 includes an engine 10 connected to a first drive shaft 11, and a double rotor type motor 20 connected to a second drive shaft 12. Between the first drive shaft 11 and the second drive shaft 12, a speed increaser 30 with a two-step transmission is provided. A control unit 50, when the speed of a vehicle exceeds a first predetermined speed V1, switches a speed increase ratio of the speed increaser 30 to a Hi side, and if it is below the first predetermined speed V1, switches it to a Low side. |
