<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a millimeter wave imaging device enabling higher accurate defect detection than before.SOLUTION: A transmitter 12 emits electromagnetic waves which are frequency-swept in a millimeter wave band to a test object 21. An arithmetic logical unit 44 extracts a frequency taking the minimum value of an amplitude component of the reflection coefficient for every frequency at one point on the test object 21 surface, and a two-dimensional image of the extracted frequency is generated, which is along a two-dimensional coordinate of the test object 21 surface.</p> |
