PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package which when heated can prevent a sheet from being formed in an excessively inflated state.SOLUTION: A package has, at a seal part 50, a general part 60 extended along an outer shape of a tray 10 and a planned steam escaping part 70 for escaping inner steam inside the tray 10 to the outside. In the planned steam escaping part 70, a part constituting one side relative to a tip of an inner edge 71 of the planned steam escaping part 70 and a part constituting the other side relative to the tip of the inner edge 71 of the planned steam escaping part 70 are bent to approach each other. An outer edge 72 of the planned steam escaping part 70 has a bent shape similar to the shape of the inner edge 71 so as to form a sharp part or a tip on the outer edge 72. A part between the tip of the outer edge 72 and the tip of the inner edge 71 is a merging part 73. A non-merging part 74, which is a part closer to the general part 60 than the merging part 73 of the planned steam escaping part 70 gets narrowed in width as approaching from a general part 60 side toward the merging part 73. |
