PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication method capable of performing high-efficiency communications in a short message or sensor net type system in which the need of controlling each terminal is eliminated and the amount of data transmission from each terminal is small, and a radio communication system.SOLUTION: Terminals 2 are divided into a plurality of notice groups. Each of the terminals 2 belonging to the notice group arbitrarily selects one transmission resource out of non-selected transmission resources among transmission resources, successively for all the notice groups. During the selection, each time one notice group selects the transmission resource, a base station 1 transmits free resource information relating to the non-selected transmission resources to the terminals 2 belonging to the next notice group. After the transmission resources are selected completely for all the notice groups, all the terminals 2 utilize the selected transmission resources to transmit desired data to the base station 1. |
