<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of accuracy of patterning caused by irregularity of a base film, and the deterioration of a base film caused by inadequate chemical resistance in the manufacturing of a touch sensor by patterning of a transparent electrode and a routing circuit according to a photo-lithography method and an etching method.SOLUTION: For a base film is used a cyclic olefin base film containing, as a main component, a hydrogenated ring-opening metathesis polymer having a specific ring structure.</p> |
