PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify an operator of a vehicle having two types of different brakes, that is, a normal brake and an urgency brake of the operation of each brake in order to avoid collision in an appropriate timing.SOLUTION: The electric driving mine dump track includes: an obstacle detection part 35 for detecting an obstacle; a normal brake device 112 to be used in normal braking; an urgency brake device 114 to be used in urgency braking; a collision possibility determination part 30 for determining the possibility of collision with the obstacle when operating the normal brake device 112 and the possibility of collision with the obstacle when operating the urgency brake device 114 on the basis of the detection result of the obstacle detection part 35; a first notification part 31 for issuing a warning to urge a driver to operate the normal brake device 112 on the basis of the determination result of the collision possibility determination part 30; and a second notification part 32 for issuing a warning to urge the driver to operate the urgency brake device 114 on the basis of the determination result of the collision possibility determination part 30.
