<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road information notification device that allows a management center to easily collect information pertain to an undulated part formed on a road.SOLUTION: A GPS receiver 2 provided in a vehicle detects a position of the vehicle, and when wheels of the vehicle enter a recess part of a road to hit a bottom face of the recess part, an acceleration sensor 3 detects upward acceleration Gv1. Then, even when the wheels get out of the recess part, the acceleration sensor 3 detects upward acceleration Gv2. When the acceleration Gv2 is detected before a prescribed time tde has elapsed since detection of the acceleration Gv1, a controller 8 detects that the recess part is formed on the road. A an unevenness size calculation unit 8g of the controller 8 calculates a size Lgv of the recess part on the basis of a time tmv until the detection of the acceleration Gv2 from the detection of the acceleration Gv1. An external communication device 9 notifies an information management center CR of the size Lgv of the recess part together with a position on the road having the recess part formed therein.</p> |
