PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image providing system capable of increasing the number of plays using a photograph shooting play machine, and maintaining a large number of paid members of an image providing service.SOLUTION: A photographic seal play system includes: a photographic seal creation device 1; and a server 601. The photographic seal creation device 1 performs the photography of a user several times for each play, and transmits a plurality of images based on the photographic result to the server 601. The server 601 receives the plurality of images, and acquires information related to the plays performed by the photographic seal creation device 1. The server 601 determines whether or not the plays have been performed in a state where predetermined providing conditions are satisfied on the basis of the information related to the plays. Then, the server 601 determines the user attributes of the user, and determines the providing manner of the images on the basis of the determination result of whether or not the plays have been performed in the state where the predetermined providing conditions are satisfied and the user attributes, and provides the plurality of received images to the user in the determined providing manner.
