<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing apparatus configured to prevent developer from being firmly fixed to a flexible member which comes into contact with a developer carrier downstream of a developing area, in a rotation direction of the developer carrier, even when a plurality of recesses are formed on an outer peripheral surface of the developer carrier, and a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A bent section 59a (vibration section) which moves into and out of a recess 51a1 as a developing roller 51 (developer carrier) rotates, to vibrate a flexible member 59, is formed at a free end of the flexible member 59 which comes into contact with the developing roller 51 downstream of a developing area, in a rotation direction of the developing roller 51, even when a plurality of recesses 51a1 are formed on an outer peripheral surface of the developing roller 51.</p> |
