<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a simple configuration to align an image of a diaphragm of a phase contrast microscope with a phase film.SOLUTION: A deviation prism unit 31 composed of a pair of deviation prisms 31a and 31b independently and rotatably centering around an optical axis is arranged in the vicinity of a primary imaging plane P1 of an objective lens 28, and a phase plate 37 having a circular phase film 37A with the optical axis served as a center provided is arranged in a pupil conjugate plane P2 conjugate with an exit pupil of the objective lens 28. By rotating the deviation prisms 31a and 31b, an image of an aperture section of a phase diaphragm 24 transfers on the phase plate 37. The present invention is applicable to, for example, a phase contrast microscope.</p> |
