<p>The present invention relates to a food waste disposal device using microorganisms, comprising: a chamber formed as an empty box, having, at an upper part, an inflow part coupled to the lower end of the drainage hole of a sink to introduce food waste, including a microorganism chip on top of a stirring net having multiple holes formed therein, decomposing the food waste by stirring the introduced food waste together with microorganisms melted from the microorganism chip via the rotation of stirring blades, and having, at a lower part, a discharge part connected to a drainpipe to discharge sewage and solids, which are the decomposition product of the food waste; a microparticle water spray formed inside the chamber and receiving water from the outside to introduce the water into the chamber; and a control part for spraying water into the chamber through the microparticle water spray at preset periods to maintain humidity inside the chamber to be optimized for a microbial survival environment. The food waste disposal device includes a microparticle water spray for maintaining moisture optimized for a microbial survival environment. According to the present invention, provided can be a food waste disposal device including a microparticle water spray for maintaining humidity optimized for a microbial survival environment, wherein food waste and microorganisms are stirred actively by maintaining constant humidity inside the chamber and making an environment for activating microorganisms.</p> |
