PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical coupling part manufacturing device designed to facilitate position adjustment, in a height direction, of a front end face of an optical member and refractive index matching liquid held on a holding surface, and to provide a polymer material film forming device designed to facilitate position adjustment, in a height direction, of a front end face of a linear dielectric body and a liquid polymer material held on a holding surface.SOLUTION: An optical coupling part manufacturing device 10 is for manufacturing an optical coupling part comprising an optical fiber f with a refractive index matching material adhered to a front end face f1 thereof and includes; holding means 50 having a holding surface 5141 for holding a refractive index matching liquid 20 containing the refractive index matching material; a dispenser 16 for supplying the refractive index matching liquid 20 to the holding surface 5141; and an electrostatic generation unit 13 for electrically charging the optical fiber f so that the refractive index matching liquid 20 held on the holding surface 5141 is attracted to the front end face f1 of the optical fiber f. The holding surface 5141 has a curved outer peripheral edge 5143. |
