PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a Doppler component generated by movement of a part of an object, and to discriminate the object from the Doppler component.SOLUTION: A resonator type amplifier 7 capable of amplifying an input signal while suppressing a thermal noise is provided, and the resonator type amplifier 7 is put into an OFF state, object detection is performed to thereby select an object, and movement prediction of the object is performed to thereby generate a transmitter signal in which the input signal thereof is within a band of the resonator type amplifier 7. Then, the resonator type amplifier 7 is put into an ON state. |
