PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the variation of a DC voltage which is input from a DC power supply to a booster circuit, accompanied by a DC voltage variation output from the booster circuit.SOLUTION: A control device controls the booster circuit for boosting and inputting a DC voltage from the DC power supply to an inverter which converts a DC voltage into an AC voltage and is interconnected with a power system. The control device includes: a duty ratio derivation part for deriving a duty ratio of the booster circuit, in which an operation voltage of the DC power supply is kept constant, on the basis of a required operation voltage value of the DC power supply and the operation voltage value of the DC power supply; and a boost operation control part for controlling the boost operation of the booster circuit on the basis of the duty ratio derived by the duty ratio derivation part.
