PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize sporting activity monitoring which is short in TTFF and improved in usability of a user.SOLUTION: A server acquires sporting activity information including information on start time of a sporting activity and information on a position where the sporting activity is held, and transmits precise satellite orbit information effective in the start time, of a position calculation satellite determined to receive a satellite signal at the position, to a sporting activity monitoring device. The sporting activity monitoring device receives the precise satellite orbit information transmitted from the server and monitors a user who engages in the sporting activity by using the received precise satellite orbit information. |
