PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order placement data processing server and an order placement data processing program capable of notifying an operator of a fact that an order date is after a final selling date.SOLUTION: An order placement data processing server comprises: an input/output part for inputting and outputting information; an order placement commodity master for storing information related to an order placement of a commodity for every commodity code which is allocated to every commodity and unique to the commodity; a final selling commodity master for storing a final selling date for every purchasing destination for every commodity code; an order placement data file for storing order placement data; and a control part for displaying a notification of error on the input/output part when it is determined that the order date is after the final selling date.
