<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in the conventional delivery system that a content cannot be appropriately output according to the change of an external environment.SOLUTION: A VOD system includes one or more terminal devices for receiving and outputting a content and a delivery system for delivering a content according to an instruction from each terminal device. The delivery system can output an appropriate content according to the change of the external environment so as to provide the VOD system with a different content delivery method or a different content output method according to the change of the external environment related to the one or more terminal devices.</p>
