PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste water treatment system in which a continuous adsorption/desorption type waste water treatment apparatus is used and a means for exhibiting high efficiency, when deterioration of an absorbing element is suppressed, is arranged incidentally so that the exchange frequency of the adsorbing element can be decreased, the running cost can be reduced or the labor can be saved when the adsorbing element is exchanged.SOLUTION: The waste water treatment system includes: a separation membrane apparatus 100 for forcing waste water to pass through a separation membrane so that the waste water is separated into permeated water, from which inorganic substances and/or organic substances are removed partially, and concentrated water which is not permeated through the separation membrane; the continuous adsorption/desorption type waste water treatment apparatus 200 which is connected to the separation membrane apparatus, which includes the adsorbing element, with which element the permeated water is contacted to adsorb the organic substances and with which element heated gas is contacted to desorb the adsorbed organic substances, and which apparatus is used for supplying the permeated water to the adsorbing element, forcing the adsorbing element to adsorb the organic substances, and discharging the organic substance-desorbed water as treated water; and a combustion apparatus 300 in which the desorbed gas, which is discharged from the continuous adsorption/desorption type waste water treatment apparatus and contains organic substances, is burned and decomposed oxidatively and from which clean gas is discharged. |
