<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method capable of manufacturing an electrowetting display suitably.SOLUTION: The method includes a nonpolar liquid injection step and a polar liquid injection step. In the nonpolar liquid injection step, nonpolar liquid 17 is injected from a communication port 13e and disposed on a part of the communication port 13e side of a display body 10. In the polar liquid injection step, the nonpolar liquid 17 is disposed on a hydrophobic surface by injecting polar liquid 16 from the communication port 13e to an internal space 10a while washing away the nonpolar liquid 17 having been disposed on the part of the communication port 13e side of the display body 10, and the polar liquid 16 is disposed between the nonpolar liquid 17 and a second substrate 11.</p> |
