PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet transfer device which can automatically transfer pallets are large in weight differences to a carry-out position one by one.SOLUTION: A pallet transfer device comprises: a drive roller 31 which is located at a downstream side rather than a succeeding pallet P2 which is regulated in transfer to the downstream side by a stopper mechanism 20; a drive roller 32 which is arranged in a position in which the drive roller can impart a transfer force to the transfer-regulated succeeding pallet P2; and a drive control circuit 34 which can control a start and stop of the drive roller 31 and the drive roller 32. The drive roller 31 is set higher in a rotational speed than the drive roller 32. Then, when the transfer regulation release of the succeeding pallet P2 by the stopper mechanism 20 is detected by a work confirmation sensor 33, the rotation-stopped drive roller 31 starts to rotate in a state that its rotational speed is higher than that of the drive roller 32 by the drive control circuit 34, transfers a pallet and the succeeding pallet which has been positioned continuous to an upstream-side conveyor with an interval therebetween, and surely regulates the transfer by the stopper mechanism 20. |
