PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy management device and an energy management method, capable of preventing ununiformity in the number of executions and intervals for suppressing the amount of power to be supplied to a demand apparatus.SOLUTION: An energy management device 2 which is a device for controlling the amount of power to be supplied to the demand apparatus, includes a storage unit 21, a collection unit 22, a judgement unit 23, an acquisition unit 24, a determination unit 25, an execution unit 26 and an update unit 27. Here, when the judgement unit 23 judges that DR is necessary, the determination unit 25 determines the demand apparatus for executing DR on the basis of the amount of used electric power of respective demand apparatuses stored in the memory unit 21 and the reduced amount of power consumption acquired by the acquisition unit 24. |
