PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical quantity sensor capable of transmitting a transmission data which can precisely reproduce a sensor waveform representing a secular change in physical quantity to a transmission destination device without increasing the amount of data to be transmitted to the transmission destination device.SOLUTION: A physical quantity sensor 1 determines a period of time from the output of data acquisition timing and the output of data transmission timing to be constant based on an internal clock. Based on the output of data acquisition timing, the physical quantity sensor 1 calculates an estimation value by using a latest data output from a digital filter 5 and a data prior thereto by one data. The sensor waveform is followed by the data acquisition timing for acquiring estimation data and the data transmission timing to transmit the estimation data as a transmission data. |
