PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator phone call management device that can quickly handles call notices of a plurality of elevator confinement accidents or the like concurrently occurring at the time of a wide-area disaster such as an earthquake.SOLUTION: An elevator phone call management device manages phone calls between elevators 11, 12, 21, 31 and phone call devices 81b to 83b of a monitoring center 5, and includes a phone call detector 7A and a phone call connector 7B. When the monitoring center 5 receives a call notice from at least one of monitoring devices 112, 122, 212, 312, the phone call detector 7A detects a phone call connection between another elevator that is installed in the same building as that of an elevator that has sent the call notice of the elevators 11, 12, 21, 31 and any of the phone call devices 81b to 83b. Once the phone call detector 7A detects the phone call connection, the phone call connector 7B establishes a phone call connection between the elevator that has sent the call notice and the phone call device in connection with another elevator mentioned above. |
