PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasticizing injection device shortening an injection cycle time and achieving first-in first-out in a preplasticating injection apparatus having a plasticizing unit in addition to an injection cylinder.SOLUTION: A plasticizing injection device 101 has two plasticizing pots 51, 52. The device heat-melts a resin material in the two plasticizing pots 51, 52 by alternately operating opening/closing of the check valves 41, 42 and advance/retreat of the plasticizing pressurizing plungers 61, 62 to supply the plasticized resin material to an injection cylinder 1 alternately from branched channels 31, 32. Thereby, an injection cycle time can be shortened to the time required at minimum for heat-melting the prescribed amount of the resin material in one plasticizing pot. Besides, in the retreat position of an injection plunger 2, a communication path 30 communicates with "the end on the side opposite to the nozzle 15 of the injection cylinder 1", and the resin material flowing in the injection cylinder 1 in advance is injected in advance. Thus, a first-in first-out mode is achieved. |
