PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray imaging device which can improve visibility of a device for an operator by fixing a direction of the displayed device.SOLUTION: An X-ray imaging device includes a stent direction specification part 21 which specifies the direction of a stent 31 on the basis of the position of a marker 33 in an X-ray image detected by a marker detection part 20. Since the specification of the direction of the stent 31 is performed by using a line extraction algorithm such as a region growth method, the direction of the stent 31 can be more accurately specified. With the specification of the direction of the stent 31, the stent 31 faces a constant direction in an enlarged image 45 formed by an enlarged image formation part 22. Therefore, the visibility of the stent 31 displayed in the enlarged image 45 can be improved. Consequently, in a case in which PCI is performed by using the X-ray imaging device relevant to this invention, an operator can properly grasp the travel direction of the stent 31 and safely perform the PCI. |
