PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film solar cell module which can be effectively transferred, has good appearance, facilitates wiring and is excellent in workability.SOLUTION: In a thin film solar cell with the flexibility, a front surface protective layer and a rear surface protective layer hold a thin film solar cell element and a collection wire electrically connected to the thin film solar cell element. An electricity takeout terminal electrically connected to the collection wire, is provided on a side surface of the thin film solar cell module, and the thickness of the electricity takeout terminal is thinner than that of the thin film solar cell module. |
