<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear guide device capable of detecting abnormality early.SOLUTION: In a linear guide device, a sensor 16 is attached to an end cap 2B, and monitoring of a rolling body 3 used actually and rolling can be performed. Consequently, abnormality of the linear guide device with damage such as exfoliation and abrasion can be detected. Also, a pore for sensor attachment is easy to be worked to the end cap 2B, and the labor of working the pore to a slider body 2A can be saved.</p> |
