<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-recovery type surface mounted overheat current limiter suitable for reflow soldering.SOLUTION: The non-recovery type surface mounted overheat current limiter includes: a switch unit 12 that opens/closes a movable contact part 4 and a normally-opened type fixed contact part 10 by means a snap action mechanism which has an operation part 8; a case 1 storing the switch unit 12; and a terminal 11 disposed on the bottom face of the case 1. The non-recovery type surface mounted overheat current limiter further includes: holding means 16 that holds the operation part 8 when performing reflow soldering and releases the holding after being cooled; and cutoff means that, after releasing the holding by the holding means 16, holds the operation part 8 being abutted on a low melting point fusible body 21, and at a predetermined temperature, releases the holding to open the fixed contact part 10 and the movable contact part 4.</p> |
