<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a wave pattern, which is conventionally drawn at a construction site by a plasterer, in a factory without troubling a hand of the plasterer.SOLUTION: A wave pattern decorative sheet is manufactured by: coating a finishing coating material for construction (JISA 6906) on a surface such as a ceramic smooth substrate, a wooden substrate and a metal panel, by using well-known means; and passing through a pattern formation device composed of a driving motor, a fixed gear, a disc (an object for fixing a small gear for rotating a spatula) of the same size as the fixed gear, the spatula for drawing a pattern, a sponge for sticking mold release water by cleaning the spatula and a conveyor for carrying a work.</p> |
