PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophilized polymer nonwoven fabric sheet for use in a bioscience field when removing white blood cells in blood, and removing or recovering desired cells from culture media, body fluids, and the like, which is obtained by hydrophilizing a polymer nonwoven sheet comprising a hydrophobic polymer material, and which thereby has improved selectivity for cells to be adsorbed and characteristics of being easily wetted in changing from a dry state to a state of being wetted with water, shows little elution of a hydrophilizing coating component, and has high stability.SOLUTION: The hydrophilized polymer nonwoven sheet comprises hydroxypropylcellulose which coats and is fixed to a surface of a polymer nonwoven sheet, in which a content of the hydroxypropylcellulose relative to the polymer nonwoven sheet is 0.05 to 0.4 wt% and, when spectral peaks of the hydroxypropylcellulose are measured using a nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, a ratio of intensity of spectral peak A appearing at 3.75 ppm to intensity of spectral peak B appearing at 4.12 ppm, B/A, is 12% or more.
|
