<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow capable of retaining the most suitable sleeping posture for an individual user by supporting a cervical vertebra along: an undulation shape in the vicinity of the cervical vertebra of the individual user; and a height from a bed floor surface.SOLUTION: A pillow comprises: a nearly square-shaped pillow body 2 which is provided with an opening 2a on the surface; and a cervical vertebra support body 3 which is an elastic body made of synthetic resin, on which an upper surface of the elastic body is formed as a cervical vertebra contact area 3a provided with recesses on the head side and on the body side according to an undulation shape in the vicinity of a cervical vertebra of a user, and which supports the cervical vertebra of the user by being fitted to the opening 2a so as to expose upward the cervical vertebra contact area 3a.</p> |
