The invention relates to an actuating device, which can be used for example as an actuating device for a motor vehicle gearbox, wherein by means of said actuating arrangement the selection function and the shift function are ensured when the gear is changed and wherein this can be effected with just one electric motor and wherein said shift selection movement is implemented in a precise and mechanically simple manner. Said implementation is ensured in particular by the provision of two eccentric gears which are mounted directly or indirectly by means of freewheels acting in opposite directions.
