PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module capable of achieving weight reduction while securing high luminous efficiency, and a photovoltaic power generator.SOLUTION: A solar cell module 10 of the present invention includes: a holding substrate 1; a band-pass filter 2 which is arranged to face the holding substrate 1 and has optical transparency; a phosphor layer 3 which is provided on the holding substrate 1 and scatters light incident from the outside; a void layer 4 which is provided between the holding substrate 1 and the band-pass filter 2 and guides scattered light scattered by the phosphor layer 3; and a solar cell element 5 which has a light receiving surface 5A exposed in the void layer 4 and receives the scattered light. |
