<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface emission laser array that can be monolithically connected in series and can suppress deterioration in power conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: A surface emission laser array of the present invention is a surface emission laser array including a plurality of surface emission laser elements formed therein, each of the surface emission laser elements including a laminate including a lower reflection mirror, an active layer and an upper reflection mirror laminated in order therein. The surface emission laser array has: an element part including a plurality of surface emission laser elements; a groove provided to completely separate the laminate in a thickness direction and dividing the element part into a plurality of regions; and a filling material for filling the groove. Each of the regions includes the surface emission laser element, and the surface emission laser elements provided in the regions different from each other are connected in series.</p> |
