PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently utilize a privilege of a privilege service among family members of a client.SOLUTION: An EB system of a financial institution comprises: an account-related information DB 12 for making a client store account-related information for associating an account of the client and accounts of his/her family members; and a privilege allocation information setting part 14 for allocating a privilege given to the account among the related-information accounts. On the other hand, a cunt system comprises a stage determination part 24 for making a ledger DB 22 store and synchronize the pieces of account-related information stored in the account-related information DB 12, reading the ledger DB 22 periodically, extracting the related-accounts, and determining a stage of family members of the client (whole body of the related-accounts) according to a handling state of the extracted related-accounts. The privilege allocation information setting part 14 of the EB system makes the client set the privilege allocation information for allocating the privilege of the determined stage among the related-accounts. At the time, an individual frame which can be used by individual and a common frame are provided, and the client can transfer the privilege between the individual frame and common frame by means for providing individual frame and common frame. |
