<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly converge the runout of a shaft generated with the addition and the like of a weight.SOLUTION: A non-magnetic conductive disc 614 is provided at a lower end of a shaft 61 to which a weight 100 is added while suspended at an upper end. At upper and lower sides of the disc 614, magnets 664 are disposed so as to make magnetic fluxes pass through the disc 614, without contacting with the disc 614. When the runout of the shaft 61 occurs, an eddy current is generated on the disc 614 by the action of the magnetic fluxes of the magnets 664 to generate power braking the disc 614, thereby promptly stopping the runout of the shaft 61.</p> |
